Hydie McAlister began her commercial real estate career in 1991 with the McAlister Company. In 2008, Hydie co-founded McAlister Investment Real Estate, bringing with her experience in capital formation, asset selection, due diligence and investor relations. She has been instrumental in the identification and acquisitions of $250M+ in land assets for her respective companies. Between February 2018 and December 2019, she and her business partner Sharon Beach raised over $90 million in private equity for their long term capital gain land holdings and rail served business park.
