Ingrid Martinez

Ingrid Martinez is a Human Resource Recruiter with extensive experience in municipal recruitment, currently serving the City of McAllen, TX since October 2006. Ingrid's role involves supporting daily operations of the city's recruitment efforts, including management of the electronic job application process and various recruitment tools. Prior to this position, Ingrid worked as a Recruiter for the Army National Guard from August 2003 to October 2006. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas-Pan American and a Certificate in Human Resources Specialist, obtained through AIT.
