Burgess Trank is a semi-retired real estate attorney with extensive experience in various aspects of real estate law and management. Since August 2011, Burgess has been serving select clientele as an attorney at Burgess N. Trank, Attorney at Law. Concurrently, Burgess has been involved in commercial real estate sales, listings, and marketing at McAllister & Associates since June 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director for the Central Region at Paladin Asset Preservation & Management, Inc. from September 2009 to January 2012, and roles such as Project Manager for Samson Investments, Inc. and Director of Development and Operations at Centex Destination Properties. Burgess also held the position of VP of Land Acquisition for Centex Homes from April 2000 to April 2004. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and a BA in Economics from Rice University.
