Frank LaPlaca has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Frank started their career at Trident Precision Manufacturing in 1982, where they worked as a Project Manager, Engineer, and Estimator for twenty years until 2002. In 2003, they joined ACRO Industries, Inc. as a Customer Service Engineer for a brief period of five months before transitioning to XLI Corporation, where they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager for eight years, from April 2003 to October 2011. Since then, they have been associated with McAlpin Industries as a Technical Sales Engineer.
Frank LaPlaca attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
