Russell Monte has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Russell started their career at Swagelok Western New York in 2012 as an Associate Engineer, where they gained experience in design, manufacturing, and assembly processes. In 2013, they became a Quality Engineer at Carestream Health, where they collaborated with other engineers to troubleshoot prototypes and develop tests for product generations. Russell then worked at Bausch + Lomb as a Process Engineer from 2014 to 2017, overseeing production lines and implementing improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations. In 2017, they transitioned to a role as Production Manager at Can of Bliss. In 2018, they joined HARBEC as a Design Engineer, providing industrial engineering support and running mold-flow analysis. Russell held the role of Process Engineer at Qualicoat Inc from 2020 to 2021, and then served as a CAD Engineer at Legendary Auto Interiors Ltd from 2021 to 2022, playing a key role in bringing new products to market. Currently, they are employed as a Mechanical Engineer at McAlpin Industries.
Russell Monte attended Pittsford-Mendon High School from 2006 to 2009. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Clarkson University in 2009. Russell attended The Clarkson School from 2009 to 2010, before pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University from 2009 to 2013.
