Daniela Perciballi

Daniela Perciballi has over 20 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. Daniela began their career at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation as an Underwriter from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they joined MCAP where they held various roles, including Regional Account Manager from 2007 to 2014. In this position, they were responsible for business development and providing excellent customer service. Daniela then advanced to Associate Director - Sales Operations & Broker Experience from 2013 to 2021, where they developed and executed business development strategies. Most recently, Daniela served as Associate Director, leading a team of training professionals and driving people capability through a learning culture. Presently, they hold the role of Director, Special Projects | Learning & Development, Origination at MCAP.

Daniela Perciballi has a liberal arts degree in Political Science from York University. Daniela also holds a Mortgage Broker degree from Seneca Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, Daniela has obtained various certifications such as Leadership Coach from the Certified Coaches Federation in 2021, Certified Discipline Agilist from the Disciplined Agile Consortium in 2015, and Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Agent certifications from Seneca College in 2010 and 2001 respectively.
