Jessica Roberts

Jessica Roberts has over 15 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. Jessica currently holds the position of Associate Director, Broker Programs + Engagement at MCAP since April 2021. Prior to this, Jessica worked at First National Financial LP where they held various roles. From January 2015 to April 2021, they were the Manager of Sales Support, where they managed the development and launch of a new sales CRM, oversaw the sales support team, and developed broker-training programs. From August 2007 to December 2014, they served as an Internal Account Manager, educating mortgage brokers about company guidelines and products. From August 2006 to July 2007, Jessica worked as a Mortgage Transfer Specialist, supervising all mortgage transfers and assessing file documentation. Jessica'sinitial role at First National Financial LP was as a Funder from October 2005 to July 2006, where they prepared mortgage instruction packages and closed files for solicitors.

Jessica Roberts earned an HonBSc degree in Zoology and History from the University of Toronto - Victoria University between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they completed the FSCO Agent's Course, but no specific start or end year was provided.
