Neil le Grand

Neil Le Grand is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in real estate finance and mortgage origination. Currently serving as Senior Director - Origination at MCAP since February 2021, Neil has previously held significant roles including Senior Account Manager - Real Estate Finance at Banque Laurentienne and Senior Mortgage Officer at Trez Capital Corporation. Neil began the career as a Commercial Mortgage Analyst at First National Financial LP and has also contributed as a volunteer with Pathways to Education Canada. Neil holds a BA in Economics from the University of Windsor, completed in 2007.
