Rehan Zaidi

Rehan Zaidi has extensive experience in finance, service quality management, and customer operations, currently serving as Unit Head of Budgeting Finance and HR at MCB Bank Limited since September 2017. Prior to this role, Rehan held various positions at HBL - Habib Bank Limited from 2006 to 2017, including Regional Quality Manager, where responsibility included overseeing service quality initiatives and managing a team across several regions. Rehan also has experience in marketing and brand management and began a career in customer operations with Worldcall Telecom Limited. Rehan holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Virtual University of Pakistan and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of the Punjab.
