Saba Falak

Saba Falak serves as a Customer Support Officer at MCB Bank Limited since September 2023. Previously, Saba held the position of Lecturer and Admin Support Officer at Universal College from August 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing student services, faculty support, and financial management, alongside introducing technology integration in the curriculum. Prior to that, Saba worked at PTCL as a Floor Supervisor in Outbound E-Care from July 2014 to June 2018, focusing on monitoring team performance and coaching team members to enhance customer service. Saba possesses a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virtual University of Pakistan, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
