Joop Kempe

Joop Kempe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joop most recently served as the IT Director at MCB starting in December 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they held the position of Corporate Head of ICT/ICT Director at Neways Electronics International NV, where they were responsible for the ICT department. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, Joop worked at TNO as the Manager Demand & IT Change, Information Services and later as the Head of Projects, Development, and Architecture. Joop also served as the Chairman of Stichting Parkmanagement bedrijventerreinen Tilburg from 2009 to 2012. Before that, Joop held various roles at FUJIFILM Europe B.V. and Fuji Photo Film B.V., including Head of IM & IT and Board member, maintenance, engineering and IT. Their career at Fuji Photo Film B.V. also involved positions such as IT manager, Industrial Engineering manager, and Maintenance & Engineering manager. Their earliest roles in their career included Maintenance & Engineering supervisor and LEC project engineer at Fuji Photo Film B.V. starting from 1988.

Joop Kempe obtained a Master's degree in Electronics from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 1981 to 1987. Joop also holds a certification as a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in 2016.
