Nathan Gorham

Nathan Gorham is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Founder and Managing Member of The Gorham Companies since June 2010, Nathan has been instrumental in guiding the company’s growth. Current roles include Senior Project Manager at MCB Real Estate LLC and Principal at GPM, LLC, positions held since August 2017 and May 2010, respectively. Nathan has also served as a Consultant for ReBUILD Metro and held a Developer role at JBG SMITH from 2005 to 2010. Prior to these roles, experience includes estimating positions at Harkins Builders, Inc. and Herman/Stewart Construction, along with volunteer work for CRL Youth Program. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and additional studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and REAP.
