Hemant Sharma

Hemant Sharma is currently an Associate Director at McBains, where they lead project management for the redevelopment of the Brighton 3Ts Programme, enhancing facilities for the Sussex Cancer Centre. With over 15 years of management and architectural experience, they have successfully managed complex projects from inception to completion, forming strong relationships with clients and consultants. Previously, Hemant held positions such as Senior Project Manager & Designer at Purcell and Associate Project Manager at BDP, overseeing significant architectural projects and refurbishments. They earned a Bachelor of Architecture with First Class Honours from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Westminster.
