Mark S. Pascale

Dr. Mark Pascale emphasizes patient education to make sure his patients have a good understanding of what is wrong with them and what treatment options are available. He believes if patients know how to get better they can play a more active role in the recovery process. Dr. Pascale recognizes his patients are the best barometer regarding what is going on with their body. Listening to patients is important to him, so he can garner information and establish an effective course of treatment. Dr. Pascale grew up in Florida, but has lived in Oklahoma since the late 1980s. While working as a lifeguard in Florida, Dr. Pascale escorted patients to the local hospital and built a friendship with the attending physician. That friendship led to a job at the hospital which became a springboard to orthopedic medicine. Dr. Pascale has always enjoyed Sports Medicine and working with student-athletes. He has cared for a number of athletic teams over the years, including his beloved Oklahoma State Cowboys! Dr. Pascale has served as Head Orthopedic Surgeon at OSU for more than 20 years. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, golf, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
