Pau Delgado Casanova has a diverse background in production and management roles, with experience in leading teams and coordinating departments in various companies. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at McBride's Sallent site, responsible for overseeing a Senior Management Team and managing production processes. Prior to this, Pau worked at SEAT, S.A. as a Production Supervisor in Body Car Finish lines, focusing on daily production and new model launches. Additionally, Pau has experience as a Technical Support Professional at RTM Calidad y Formación SL. Pau holds a Master's degree in Organization and Engineering of Production and Management of Industrial Plants, a degree in Industrial Engineering, and a degree in Solfeo and Percussion.
