Dawn Kershaw

Dawn Kershaw is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as a Guest Service Agent at Homewood Suites by Hilton for a brief period and held various positions at The TJX Companies, Inc., including Key Carrier, Merchandise Coordinator, and Merchandise Associate from May 2018 to April 2022. During this time, Dawn demonstrated strong leadership, customer service, and inventory management skills, earning the Associate of the Quarter award for outstanding performance. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Northern Westchester Counseling Associates, where Dawn assessed psychological evaluations and reviewed insurance procedures. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Siena College, obtained in 2020.
