Alison DeMille

Alison DeMille is the Chief Human Resources Officer at McCain Foods Canada. Alison has previously held the position of Senior Vice President, HR & Communications, Gap Global at Gap Inc. from February 2013 to August 2014. From June 2011 to February 2013, they were the VP HR, Global Sourcing & Supply Chain at Gap Inc., where they led a team of 80 HR professionals globally and co-led the Sourcing Operating Model transformation project. Alison was also responsible for launching Gap Brand in China as the VP HR from January 2010 to August 2011. From January 2005 to December 2009, they were a part of Gap Europe's Senior Team as the Vice President, HR, and was responsible for creating and executing strategy to develop Gap Inc.'s European business.

Alison DeMille is a graduate of Queen's University, where they obtained their Master's degree in Industrial Relations and HR Management.
