Alison DeMille

Alison DeMille is the Chief Human Resources Officer at McCain Foods since September 2014, with previous experience as the Senior Vice President of HR & Communications at Gap Inc. from July 1998 to August 2014. Alison also held various HR leadership positions within Gap Inc., including overseeing the launch of Gap Brand in China and leading HR efforts in Canada. Alison has a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen's University and has a strong background in organizational development and HR management.
