Janey Piroli

Janey Piroli has a diverse and extensive work experience. Janey is currently working as the VP of Global Organizational Development at McCain Foods since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Talent and Leadership Development at Walmart Canada from January 2018 to March 2020. Janey also worked as a Program Director & Leadership Coach at The Roundtable Inc. from June 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they had a long tenure at PepsiCo, where they held various roles such as Director of Learning & Organizational Development from March 2014 to March 2016, and Director of Organizational Development from January 2007 to March 2014. Janey also worked at Frito Lay Canada in roles such as Manager of Organizational and Management Development from May 2006 to January 2007 and Ontario Sales Learning and Development Manager from January 2002 to January 2005. Throughout their career, Janey has shown expertise in areas such as leadership development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational transformation.

Janey Piroli completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Janey also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in 2010 and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2017. Janey has received additional certifications in areas such as leadership, diversity and inclusion, and conversation skills.
