Lindsey Williams

Lindsey Williams has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lindsey began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee/Area Corporate Accounts Manager. Lindsey then joined Cargill, where they held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. During their time at Cargill, Lindsey successfully implemented labor law compliance programs and maintained positive employee relations. Lindsey later moved on to Conagra Brands, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager - Customer Leadership Organization, Sr. Manager Human Resources, and Director Human Resources. In these roles, they provided generalist support, led HR technology modernization efforts, and served as a key leader on the International Leadership Team. Currently, Lindsey is working at McCain Foods as a Senior Director Human Resources. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in providing full business-partner services, driving strategic people initiatives, and leading HR teams.

Lindsey Williams holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, Lindsey has obtained certifications including Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
