Manoj Kumar Srigada

Manoj Kumar SRIGADA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manoj Kumar began their career as a Summer Researcher at the Institute Of Chemical Technology, where they worked on novel processing technologies and increased the yield of curcumin. Manoj Kumar then worked as a Trainee Manufacturing at RP-SG FMCG, where they implemented GMPs, optimized production plans, and improved material flow on the shop floor. Following that, they served as an Assistant Engineer at ISA Lille, where they designed experiments and protocols for NIR Spectroscopy. Manoj Kumar then interned as a Continuous Improvement and Digitalisation Intern at HEINEKEN France, gaining experience in process improvement and digitalization. Most recently, they held the role of Project Manager Digitalisation of Teaching at ISA Lille, delivering training sessions on data analysis tools, mentoring colleagues on Power BI customization, and contributing to innovative digital projects. Currently, they are working as a Digital Delivery Lead at McCain Foods.

Manoj Kumar SRIGADA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Tezpur University in the years 2014-2018. Manoj Kumar then pursued a Master's degree in Food Science from ISA Lille during the years 2019-2021. In addition, Manoj has obtained various certifications, including the ERPsim Coach Certificate and ERPsim Instructor (Level 1) certification from ERPsim Lab - HEC Montréal in 2022. Manoj Kumar also holds a FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE from FSSAI Publication obtained in February 2019 and The Focus Area Science Technology Summer Fellowship from Indian Academy of Sciences Bangalore in 2017.
