Manoj Kumbhat

Manoj Kumbhat is a seasoned technology and information executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation and innovation across various global organizations. Currently serving as Global Chief Technology and Information Officer at McCain Foods since March 2023, Manoj previously held the role of Global Chief Digital Officer and CIO at Kimberly-Clark from 2016 to 2023, where advancements in digital supply chain and marketing platforms were spearheaded. Prior to that, Manoj was Senior Vice President and Global CIO at HCL Technologies, driving enterprise-level business transformations. Notable earlier roles include Region CIO at PepsiCo, focusing on significant business transformation initiatives, and President of Bizsoft Consulting, overseeing multi-industry business transformation projects. Manoj's foundation in technology began with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jodhpur, followed by a Master's in Computer Engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University.
