Sharon Ford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sharon began their career at Kellogg Company, where they held various positions in plant accounting and cost analysis. Sharon then joined IBM Global Services as a Career Financial Analyst/Revenue Planner, where they played a key role in pricing and financial forecasting for outsourcing proposals. After that, Sharon worked at Sara Lee, where they held multiple roles in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on sales finance and contract negotiation. Sharon later joined McCain Foods, initially as a Senior Manager in Pricing and Trade Strategy, responsible for pricing strategies and analysis for retail and foodservice. Sharon then progressed to become the Vice President of Finance for Canada, and most recently, the Vice President of Finance for North America Appetizers, overseeing financial operations and driving strategic growth.
