Elena Esquivel Ceballos

Elena Esquivel Ceballos is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Service Delivery HR Manager for Latam at McCain Foods since December 2017, Elena coordinates HR functions such as compensation, training, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and performance evaluation. Previously, Elena held multiple HR Business Partner roles at Schneider Electric from August 2010 to November 2017, where responsibilities included supporting HR processes, ensuring competitive HR programs, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
