Laure Miquelard

Laure Miquelard possesses extensive experience in the food service and retail sectors, currently serving as Responsable Marketing Food Service France at McCain Foods since May 2019. In this role, Laure leads the development and deployment of product strategies aimed at food service professionals, while coordinating closely with the sales management team. Prior to McCain, Laure held various positions at Groupe Planet Sushi, including Responsable achats alimentaires et packaging and Acheteuse alimentaire et packaging, where responsibilities encompassed defining procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships. At Groupe Pomona, Laure served as Chef de marché Restauration, focusing on market analysis and product performance. Earlier career experiences include working as Assistante chef de produits/acheteur at Carrefour and as Assistante responsable Qualité at Corsica Gastronomia. Laure holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agroalimentaire from ISA Lille and a Licence de Biologie from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
