Lisa Ireland

Lisa Ireland is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in rewards, compensation, and benefits. Currently serving as the Director of Rewards for McCain Foods in the Asia Pacific and South Africa regions since March 2021, Lisa provides leadership and strategic guidance on rewards programs across multiple countries, including Australia, New Zealand, and China. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at ExxonMobil from March 2000 to October 2020, culminating in the role of Compensation, Benefits and Programs Design Advisor, where responsibilities included compensation and policy design for Australia and Papua New Guinea. Earlier career experience includes roles at Towers Perrin as an HR Analyst and in various HR functions at ExxonMobil, focusing on policy, benefits, and payroll oversight. Lisa holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and English Literature from Monash University.
