Michael Marshall

Michael Marshall, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Tax Planning at McCain Foods, a position held since July 2021, where responsibilities include supporting international transactions, facilitating cash repatriation, and assessing the impact of global legislative changes on corporate structure. Previously, Michael was a Senior Tax Specialist focused on Canadian tax compliance and global tax planning. Prior experience at KPMG Canada from January 2018 to July 2021 included roles as Tax Specialist and Staff Tax Accountant, providing complex tax compliance services and working with multi-national corporations. Michael's earlier experience includes two summer internships at KPMG Canada and a role as Team Lead at Endo Networks Inc. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and completed high school at Crescent School.
