Sarah Campitelli

Sarah Campitelli, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Global Human Resources at McCain Foods since March 2017. In this role, Sarah acts as a Global HR Business Partner for Global Manufacturing and has previously held similar HRBP positions in Global Finance, Procurement, Legal, and PMO. Responsibilities include collaborating with Function Heads to enhance talent management, engagement, and succession planning strategies. Prior experience includes various HR roles at International Financial Data Services Canada, Bentall Kennedy, and Natural Markets Food Group, along with leadership positions at the Human Resources Student Association at Ryerson University. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and a minor in Professional Communications from Ryerson University, along with a High School Diploma from Bishop Allen Academy.
