Terry Fox

Terry Fox is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR transformation and shared services initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of HR Innovation Projects and Sr. Director of the Employee Experience Center at McCain Foods since November 2018, Terry manages a team of 90 HR professionals across 14 countries for over 18,000 employees. Previously, Terry held significant roles at Morneau Shepell, LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Total Security Management Services, Direct Energy, Enbridge Gas Distribution, and Apotex Inc., focusing on HR strategy development, systems implementation, and service delivery optimization. An alumnus of Niagara College, Terry has consistently driven successful HR transformations and technology integration throughout a diverse career spanning several decades.
