Matt Chmielecki

Matt Chmielecki's work experience began in 1995 as a Network Cable Installer at BBCI Inc, where they were responsible for the installation and termination of network cabling. Matt then worked as a Sales/Service Rep at CompuForce from 1996 to 1998, where they built and configured PCs and set up small business networks. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as an IT Staff member at Honda of South Carolina Mfg.

In 1999, Chmielecki became the Manager of Information Technology at Perfection Clutch, overseeing all technical aspects of the JD Edwards World A7.3 ERP system. Matt managed the IT department and was responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operation of various systems. Chmielecki successfully implemented JD Edwards Manufacturing, MPS, MRP, and DRP modules, as well as a Cognos BI solution. Matt transitioned the company's network infrastructure and implemented centralized virus scanning, network printing, and automated tape library backup.

From 2007 to 2009, Chmielecki worked as the Manager of QRM Operations - Capital Markets at Washington Mutual, where they managed the Quantitative Risk Management Mortgage Banking System. Matt collaborated with vendors and internal resources to optimize application output and function.

Chmielecki then joined JP Morgan Chase in 2009 and held various roles, including Section Manager - Loss Mitigation and Operations Manager I AVP - Special Loans Technical Support. Matt managed technical support for JPMC Special Loans Core Servicing and supervised a team of analysts and developers. Chmielecki was responsible for system development, maintenance, and implementation.

In 2011, Chmielecki became the Chief Information Officer at McCall Farms Inc, where they provided vision and direction for all technology-related operations. Matt oversaw network operations, desktop support, networking operations, WAN connectivity, and disaster recovery planning. Chmielecki managed multiple direct and indirect reports, including directors and managers.

Matt Chmielecki obtained a high school diploma from Manchester High School in 1988. Matt then pursued further education and earned an Associate of Science degree from Manchester Community College between 1991 and 1993. Following this, Matt attended Francis Marion University from 1993 to 1995 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree. The field of study for their degrees is not specified.
