Donna Case-Rossato

Donna Case-Rossato, or “Casey”, joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in January 2009 and is presently Managing Partner of Connecticut Foreclosures. Ms. Rossato focuses her practice on the representation of lenders, servicers, investors and insurers in judicial foreclosure actions pending in Connecticut.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CitiMortgage, Inc. for ten years and worked with a variety of units, including Litigation Management, Wholesale Lending and Warehouse Lending. Before joining Citi, she was in private practice in Connecticut, concentrating in foreclosure and bankruptcy work. Casey was on the Board of Directors of the USFN from 2012 to 2018 and has moderated and spoken at numerous USFN conferences, as well as Mortgage Bankers Association panels at Legal Issues Conferences. She was named USFN Committee Chair of the Year 2015 and USFN Member of the Year 2016.
