As an associate with the firm’s Litigation group, Josh Emberton focuses his practice on title disputes, condemnation actions, litigated foreclosures and replevin matters in state court. Josh’s wide range of skills and experience allow him to achieve positive results efficiently. Josh represents lenders, servicers and various investors throughout the state of Illinois. Prior to becoming an attorney, Josh began his career in law working as a legal assistant for a law firm specializing in Foreclosure Litigation.
