Warren Lance has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, 7 as an attorney. Mr. Lance’s practice has been mostly comprised of litigation and appeals in state and federal courts throughout Washington State. Mr. Lance has represented foreclosure trustees, lenders, and servicers in a variety of actions from wrongful foreclosure, title disputes, evictions, and litigated foreclosures. Mr. Lance also has an extensive background in guiding and representing lenders and servicers in the Washington State foreclosure mediation program.
