Hal Ergin

Hal Ergin, CSM, is an accomplished Agile Coach at the United States Department of Defense and an NC3 Agile Subject Matter Expert at McCallie Associates, Inc. With extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies, Hal has successfully led teams in planning and overseeing complex projects, including the transition of the Mission Planning and Analysis System at Perspecta. Previous roles include Scrum Master, Technical Writer, and positions within the learning and logistics sectors. Hal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University and further studies in Germany.
