Robert Shindel

Robert Shindel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk analysis, organizational development, and instructional design, primarily supporting the US Strategic Command. Currently serving as an NC3 Risk Analyst at Constellation West since September 2019, Robert also holds the position of Organizational Development Manager at McCallie Associates, Inc., leading a team in creating training modules for new personnel. Previous roles include contributions as a Red Team Social Scientist, where Robert focused on analyzing unanticipated threats, and instructional system design roles that enhanced onboarding processes for military and civilian personnel. Robert's background includes significant positions within the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and NATO, with a solid foundation in military operations and safety from a decade-long career in the United States Air Force. Robert's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in History from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Slavic Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
