Michael Wood

Michael Wood has extensive experience in program management and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Summer Programs at McCallie School since 1988, overseeing an extensive summer program that includes 22 camps and accommodates 2400 registrations. Previously, Michael excelled as the McCallie Sports Camp Director, focusing on providing an engaging overnight camp experience for boys aged 9-14. Prior to McCallie School, Michael was the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country & Track Coach at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1984 to 1988. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Bryan College, earned between 1974 and 1978.
