T. W. Francescon

T. W. Francescon, Jr. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Alumni Culture & Engagement at McCallie School since August 2023. Previously, Francescon held various positions at Southern Champion Tray from September 1999 to July 2023, including Director of Culture & People Experience, Director of People, Culture, and Community, Corporate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Production Supervisor (1st Shift), and Safety Coordinator. Francescon's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2000 and 2002, a Bachelor's degree in General Management and Human Resources Management from the same institution from 1995 to 1999, and the completion of The 10 Project Executive Development Program at The Brock Center from 2015 to 2016.
