Brinn P. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director of DEIB + Career Coach at McCann Detroit since October 2024, Brinn previously held similar roles at Commonwealth//McCann from April 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included mentoring and developing internal career strategies. Prior to that, Brinn directed strategy for major automotive brands and managed teams at Commonwealth//McCann and held planning positions at Jack Morton Worldwide, UM Worldwide, and GTB. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Core Essentials Fast Track Certificate in Life Coaching from COACHU.
