David O'Dea

David O'Dea is a partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since December 2014, with extensive experience in advising banks, insolvency practitioners, and companies on complex insolvency, restructuring, and security enforcement matters. Notable achievements include advising on a €200 million security enforcement portfolio, restructuring US$6 billion of debt for Nordic Aviation Capital DAC, and collaborating with leading Irish financial institutions and international aircraft lessors on high-profile mandates. Prior roles include senior associate in dispute resolution at McCann FitzGerald, associate at Minter Ellison focusing on corporate financial litigation and insolvency, and solicitor with Ivor Fitzpatrick & Company, handling significant legal matters for Irish financial institutions.
