Kristine Salm Baker

Kristine Salm Baker's work experience includes starting as an intern in art direction at McCann New York in 2007. Later, they worked as a visual designer and junior visual designer at R/GA from 2010 to 2014. Kristine Salm then moved on to Code and Theory, where they held the positions of art director and senior art director from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they joined Havas Worldwide as an associate creative director from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at McCann New York, starting as an associate creative director in 2017 and progressing to creative director, VP creative director, and currently SVP, group creative director since April 2022.

Kristine Salm Baker pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Kristine Salm then attended The Creative Circus from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Art Direction.
