Joshua Case has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Supervisor at Compass Group North America, where they supervised the quality assurance and general upkeep of dining facilities in a school. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Bartender at BR Guest Hospitality. In 2014, they joined BT Conferencing as an Audio and Video Technician, providing successful audiovisual and videoconference support for executive level meetings. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Citi as a Non-Officer, providing conferencing solutions to senior executives and general video conferencing support. Since 2016, they have been with McCann Systems, initially as a Video Conferencing Team Lead for TIAA, Denver, then as an AV Support Account Lead, and currently as the Director of Service Operations.

Joshua Case obtained an Associate's degree in Audio Recording and Production from the Institute of Audio Research in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they studied Philosophy at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2006 to 2010, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Joshua also obtained certifications in AVIXA-Recognized AV Technologist Test from AVIXA in March 2020, Cisco Sales from Cisco in 2018, and Pro-tools 10 in June 2013.
