Kat Denham has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at McCann Worldgroup since February 2019, focusing on permanent recruitment for all Production roles and overseeing IR35 compliance for Craft London. Kat has a strong background in recruiting both Freelance and Permanent Talent across various sectors within TV and content production, including roles in production, post-production, and client services. Prior experience includes roles at Source, Creative Recruitment Limited, and other agencies, enhancing recruitment expertise in print design and creative services. Kat holds a BA Hons in Fine Art & Design, specializing in Printmaking Production from Coventry University, complemented by foundational studies in Art & Design.
