Melissa Down is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in the advertising and branding industry. Currently serving as Creative Director at McCann Worldgroup since 2017, Melissa also holds the position of Senior Consultant at Down To Recruit since January 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Creative & Strategy Director at ORB - Brand Agency, Head Creative at Leo Burnett, and Senior Creative at Leo Burnett Groupe/Arc Worldwide, where Melissa successfully managed teams and led the development of impactful campaigns for international brands. With a foundation in art direction and a degree in Creative Advertising from Syracuse University, Melissa has cultivated a career marked by innovative brand activation and creative excellence.
