Steven Banchik

Steven Banchik is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance at McCann Worldgroup since 2024, following a decade-long tenure in various senior finance roles within the same organization. Previously, Steven held positions such as SVP Global Accounts, Client Finance, and CFO for McCann Worldgroup France and Global Finance Director for L’Oréal. Experience also includes leadership as Chief Financial Officer at DDB New York and DDB Roberts+Langer, as well as a Marketing Controller role at Neutrogena Corporation. Earlier in the career, Steven served as Executive Director of Finance at Estee Lauder and started in finance as a Senior Financial Analyst at DMB&B. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
