Natalia Ballesta Ferro is a Senior Art Director with extensive experience in advertising and brand communication. Currently at McCANN WORLDGROUP Spain since June 2017, Natalia specializes in conceptualizing and creating advertising campaigns for L'Oréal and Maybelline, as well as MAPFRE. Previously, at Ashton & Co from October 2015 to January 2017, responsibilities included designing communication strategies for Fiat Spain and brand image development. At DDB Madrid from January 2012 to October 2015, Natalia led the creation of ATL and BTL campaigns for BBVA and Movistar and directed the art for Rodilla’s communication redesign. Earlier experience at DDB Barcelona involved campaign ideation for Volkswagen and Audi. Natalia holds a UX/UI course from MrMarcel School, a postgraduate degree in Art Direction from Elisava School of Design and Engineering, and education from Universitat d'Alacant.
