Luke Miller P.e.

Luke Miller, P.E., PMP has a comprehensive and diverse work experience. Luke is currently serving as the President of McCarl's LLC since July 2023. Previously, Luke held various positions at Matrix PDM Engineering, including Director of Engineering from May 2021 to July 2023 and Chief Engineer from September 2019 to May 2021. At Matrix NAC, they worked as a Senior Construction Engineer from August 2015 to September 2019. Luke also worked at Westinghouse Electric Company as a Project Manager from August 2009 to August 2015, managing engineering, procurement, and construction activities for nuclear power plant projects. Prior to that, they served as a Construction Project Engineer at Turner Construction from July 2007 to August 2009 and as a Structural Engineer at Walter P Moore from July 2005 to July 2007, where they performed structural design and oversight for commercial projects.

Luke Miller, P.E., PMP has a diverse educational background. Luke obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Luke holds a B.A. in Physics from Duquesne University.
