Serge Fajardo is an experienced Senior Estimator at McCarl's Inc. since December 2018, previously serving as a Superintendent at Kokosing Industrial from June 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included supervising safe field operations and managing subcontractors. Prior roles include Senior Estimator at Kiewit Power Constructors and Kiewit, contributing significantly to estimating and executing power piping construction projects, and hands-on experience as a Journeyman Steamfitter at Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #230. Serge's educational background includes a focus on Construction Management from the College of Southern Nevada and a Journeyman Steamfitter credential from the San Diego and Imperial Counties Pipe Trades Apprenticeship.
