Alison Cote

Alison Cote is an experienced Production Stage Manager with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at McCarter Theatre Center since 1996, where involvement includes numerous world premiere productions and collaborations with LORT and Off-Broadway theaters. As a Production Stage Manager at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey from 1995 to 2024, Alison has contributed to over 20 classical works and played a vital role in mentoring stage management interns. In academia, Alison served as an Adjunct Faculty and Advisor at Rider University from August 2018 to May 2023, instructing student stage managers. Additional roles include co-founding partner and various production-related positions in the virtual theater space during the pandemic, showcasing versatility in both traditional and modern performance environments. Education was completed at the University of Pennsylvania.
