Founded in 2002, McCarthy Bertschy is a national, Chicago-based, retained executive search firm. We have a successful track record recruiting VP and C-level leaders into public, private and private equity owned companies in the following industries: Manufactured Goods, Consumer Products, and Business Services.

We pride ourselves on our functional breadth and search agility across CEO/President/GM, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Operations, and HR roles.

Every client’s search is a priority to us and receives the attention and resources it deserves. We also have minimal client blocks due to the generalist nature of our search practice.
