Amr Elsayegh

Alex Elsayegh is a Senior Innovation Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since September 2021, responsible for establishing the McCarthy Innovation department and significantly increasing the internal audience for innovation. Alex has a robust background in civil engineering, holding a PhD from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and experience as a Senior Preconstruction Engineer, where project estimates and contracts for solar ventures were developed. Additionally, Alex has worked as a Freelance Planner and Instructor since May 2017, managing multimillion-dollar construction projects and providing Primavera training. Prior roles include Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Missouri University and Teaching Assistant at Mansoura University, along with early trainee positions at AlShams For Contracting Co. and The Arab Contractors. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mansoura University and a Professional Program in Project Management from The American University in Cairo.
