Antonya Williams

Antonya Williams is an experienced executive in the construction industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., since November 2006, leading the Education Group. With a robust background in preconstruction and project management roles, Antonya has effectively collaborated with project owners, architects, and construction teams to ensure quality execution, schedule adherence, and cost management across various projects, including the Kaiser Oakland Replacement Hospital. Antonya's career also includes positions at HMH Builders, Webcor Builders, PulteGroup, and Mac Building Group, alongside educational advancement through the Executive Development program at Northwestern University and a BS in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
